Refund policy

Orders in Pakistan

All orders within Pakistan are shipped at a flat rate of 199 Rs per order.

  • Dispatch: Orders received before 3:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, our third-party courier partners typically deliver within 2-7 business days. Please note that this timeframe is subject to third-party courier operations and potential transit delays.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. 


International Orders

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your GRYND experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product appears damaged, opened, or used.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please email us at support@gryndmen.com with the following details:

    • Your Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Item(s) you are returning

    • Reason for return

  • Authorization: We will respond to your request within 3 business days. Upon approval, we will provide detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect items, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Orders

If your order tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you require further assistance, please contact us at support@gryndmen.com.

Sale Items

Please note that all sale items are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased during a sale.
